LIL’ WAYNE – THA CARTER IV

I’m NOT sure if I’m mad at myself for this…but, I actually like Tha Carter IV (THERE I said it).  I will also say I STILL don’t get him but, unlike the first three in “Tha Carter” series, I can actually understand most of what he’s saying and the beats are varied enough to let me enjoy what’s going on.  Maybe I’m evolving or, maybe Wayne is evolving but, that is a debate for another blog.   And, let me clear this out the way now, there are only a couple of really good club cuts and head-bangers. Overall, if you want to get your groove on while you drive Tha Carter IV is for you, which, of course makes it perfect for the LOUNGE. Continue reading »
