So, I’ve come up with a new plan… Let’s just say “The Legendary,” has a new groove.  Previously, in the lounge I’ve been waiting to get several good songs in a row to review.  But, that became a downer with the LACK of good music out there… which, is a blog for another time. In my new plan, I’m just going to review every piece of music that comes across my computer screen.  That means more frequent blogs and more music for you.  So, whether it’s good, bad, or, just downright God awful you will hear/read about it first inside Legend’s Lounge. Be careful what you wish for… I’m bbbaaaaccckkkkk!!!!

 

Mary J. Blige – 25/8 – Geffen

Hey now, so naturally I come back with a fantastic song. The Queen of Hip-Hop/Soul Mary J. Blige is back with 25/8 professing that there just isn’t enough time or days for her to show her love, hence 25/8. Not a new theme, but, the concept of 25/8 I do like, and the track is musically superior with a nice flow. Plus, Mary has strong vocals that compliment.  Now this has no place on the dance floor but, chilling with your lady in The Lounge…it’s a winner!
